Free Phone Consultation

I offer a free 20-minute phone consult to allow an opportunity to connect and see if we may be a good match to work together. Some factors that may determine a good fit are: our schedule alignment, your goals for therapy, and topics that you wish to cover in therapy sessions. If for any reason your schedule doesn't align or your goals are outside of my scope of practice, I am happy to send you referrals of therapists who may best match your schedule or specific issues that you hope to process in therapy.

Payments

I accept the following insurances:

  • Aetna

  • Trillium Community Health Plan via OHP

  • I offer Superbills for possible out of network reimbursement with other private insurances

  • I am in the process of credentialing with other insurances- feel free to reach out if you wish to bill an insurance that is not listed above.

For those paying out of pocket, I use a sliding scale rate based upon income. Please inquire for more information. Payments for counseling services are taken following each session and are charged to the card that is kept in your secure online file. If you cancel within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment, or do not show up to your scheduled time the full fee for the session is charged.

Climbing Grief Fund

I am a provider listed on the American Alpine Club's Climbing Grief Fund. If you are seeking services related to a mountaineering trauma or grief, you may be eligible to apply for funding for therapy. Please mention this when you inquire.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE: *effective January, 2022

As part of the No Surprises Act, individuals who use self pay for services are entitled to a good faith estimate. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 368-1019.
